Class Descriptions:
Basic Gymnastics: Learning the concept of a forward roll, cartwheel or round off.
Beginner/Intermediate Gymnastics: Mastered a cartwheel or round off and working on backhand springs.
Intermediate/Advance Gymnastics: Mastered a backhand spring and working on tucks layouts and full twisting layouts.
Flight School Lessons: Learn amazing skill and technique quickly.

Monday:
4-5 p.m. Beginner/Intermediate with Amber See Class Fee Below
5-6 p.m. Beginner/Intermediate with Jenna See Class Fee Below-Starting in March

Tuesday:
3-4 p.m. All Levels with Amber See Class Fee Below
4-5 p.m. FLIGHT SCHOOL with Amber & Bethany & Jenna $60.00 per month/ $18.00 class; Coach Approval Required
5-6 p.m. Beginner/Intermediate with Amber (must have back handspring) See Class Fee Below
6-7 p.m. Intermediate/Advance with Amber See Class Fee Below
7:30-8:30 p.m. School Cheer with Jenna (discounts for school cheer athletes from local school cheer teams)

Friday:
4-4:30 p.m. Tiny Tots-Parent and Me Class with Michelle; ages 1-4 Gymnastics, Cheer & Dance Class (class is $20.00 a month or $6.00 per class)
5-6 p.m. Intermediate Tumbling with Carlos (must have backhandsprings) See Class Fee Below
6:30-7:30 p.m. Advance Tumbling with Carlos (must have a solid tuck and be working layout or full) See Class Fee Below

Saturday:
Private Lessons Only!

CLASS FEE: $12.00 per class or $40.00 a month for all star team members only; $15.00 per class or $52.00 a month for non-all star team members. Paying for the month in full reserves your spot in the class. If a class becomes full (10 gymnast) then paying weekly students will then receive a refund and have to leave the class. Paying monthly gymnast come first. Private lessons are $28.00 an hour; ½ hour private lessons are $18.00. Semi-private lessons (2 students) are $20.00 per person an hour.
$75.00 a month for 2 hours a week with the same coach (excluding private lessons). $52.00 per hour/$42.00 per half-hour for Private Stunting Lessons. Current HDC All-stars only pay $25.00 per month for Carlos.
If you attend one flight school class and one tumbling class per month paid in full you will get a $5.00 discount.

If you are not in the all-star program an insurance fee of $25.00 for the year will be collected. You now pay the counter person before your class begins-no more paying the coach. If you don’t come to a scheduled private lesson and if you don’t notify the coach within 4 hours of the private you are responsible to pay for the private lesson-no exceptions! All children must be potty trained except in the parent-n-me class. A parent must be present during private lessons with coach and student. We teach power floor tumbling. The earlier your child learns these skills the better. Learning tumbling/gymnastics teaches coordination, balance, body control, and awareness. Students should be properly dressed for working out (hair up and no jewelry). Parents must sit in designated parent area for viewing. All coaches must be treated with respect. The above classes are never to be cancelled and there will always be a substitute. If you have any problems with your class please notify the office.
